3 cups cooked rice
10 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled (optional)
3 tablespoons My Favorite Roast Seasoning Blend
1 14.5 oz cans cut green beans, drained
3/4 cup milk
10.75 oz can cream of mushroom soup
2.8 oz can french fried onions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly spray a 9x13 baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
- In a large bowl, combine all of the ingredients except the fried onions. Stir until well blended and pour mixture into prepared baking dish.
- Cover and bake 35 minutes.
- Remove from the oven, cover with the fried onions and bake, uncovered, for another 5 minutes or until the top is golden and the casserole is bubbling on the edges.
This dish is great for company meals or pot luck functions. Avoid the last minute rush and do steps 1 and 2 ahead of time. Just cover and refrigerate up to 3 days before you need to bake and take!
