Best Burgers EVER

*This recipe uses a seasoning blend (My Favorite Roast Seasoning Blend) found in the eCookbook, Mix it / Store it / Make it  ~ Entrees and Seasonings.  Click here to purchase and make the seasoning for your pantry! 

2 tablespoons My Favorite Roast Seasoning Blend
2 pounds ground beef
1 package hamburger buns
Iceberg lettuce
sliced tomato
sliced purple onion
sliced cheddar cheese
condiments of choice


  1. In a large bowl, combine the seasoning with the ground beef.  Separate into 8 equal portions and form into thick patties a little larger around than the size of the hamburger buns. 
  2. Grill patties until well done.  Can cook on outdoor grill or stove top pan.  
  3. Serve warm with condiments of choice. 

These burgers make great Salisbury Steaks so fill up the grill and make extra!  Freeze them in freezer bags 6 at a time.  When ready to serve later, thaw and reheat stove top in a large skillet. Make the gravy as directed in the Salisbury Steak recipe (see recipe here) and pour over burgers while they are are still reheating.  Serve burgers with gravy and a side of mashed potatoes!
