2 tablespoons butter2 ½ cups water
(3 ingredients above may be replace with one Basic White Sauce recipe already prepared)
3 tablespoons My Favorite Roast Seasoning Blend
- (if using a pre-made batch of basic white sauce, place it in a large skillet and gently warm for step 1) In a large nonstick skillet, over medium heat, add butter, sauce mix and gradually whisk in the water. Whisk constantly until sauce is thick and bubbly
- Add the Roast Seasoning Blend as the sauce begins to thicken, continuing to whisk until blended. Add water as needed to get desired consistency.
- Serve warm.
