Cheeseburger and Tater Tot Casserole

1 Bacon Cheddar Meatloaf, prepared and crumbled (recipe here)
1 32 0z package frozen tater tots
1 - 10 oz can cream of mushroom soup
1 - 8 oz container sour cream
1 - cup milk
2 - cups grated cheddar cheese

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place the prepared and crumbled meatloaf into the bottom of a 9 x 13 casserole dish.
  2. In a separate bowl mix together the soup, sour cream and milk. Pour the soup mixture over on top of the meatloaf layer and spread evenly to cover all of the meatloaf.
  3. Top with tater tots, sprinkle with grated cheese over the entire casserole.
  4. Bake at 350, uncovered, for 30 minutes or until the casserole is bubbly and cheese is completely melted.  (an optional version is to wait until the last 10-15 minutes of baking time to add the top layer of cheddar cheese and let it just melt at the end of the cooking time)
