1 batch Basic White Sauce, prepared (recipe here)
1 cup chicken broth
¾ cup grated parmesan cheese, divided
1 cup milk
1 8-ounce package lasagna noodles
2 cups cooked chicken, diced or shredded
1 16-ounce package frozen broccoli cuts, cooked until tender and drained
2 cups mozzarella cheese, sliced thin or shredded
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 13x9x2 baking dish with nonstick cooking spray; set aside.
- In a small sauce pan over medium-high heat, whisk together the prepared Basic White Sauce, chicken broth, ½ cup parmesan and milk. Cook until slightly thickened.
- Layer ingredients in baking dish in order listed; sauce, noodles, chicken, broccoli, mozzarella and repeat until all ingredients are used; finish with ¼ cup parmesan.
- Bake for 50 minutes or until bubbly and noodles are tender.
