4 green onions, finely chopped
1 tablespoon  Southwestern Style Seasoning Blend
15.25-ounce can whole kernel corn, drained
2 small tomatoes, diced
1 bell pepper, diced
1/4 cup orange juice
8 tostado shells

  1. In a small bowl, combine sour cream, onion, and seasoning. Cover and chill 30 minutes.
  2. In separate bowl, combine corn, tomatoes, pepper, and juice; cover and chill salsa 30 minutes.
  3. Spread sour cream mixture on each tostado and top with corn salsa.
Serve as an appetizer or as a side dish item for a grilled meal.

Tami's Tip:
This is a great side dish item to go with Amazing Grilled Steak, Chicken or Pork Chops.
Make it a Meal:
If you have some Southwestern Slow Cooked chicken left from another meal, place shreds of it over the sour cream mixture before topping with the corn salsa.
