1 pound Velveeta® cheese, cubed
14.5-ounce can diced tomatoes, undrained
2 tablespoons Southwestern Style Seasoning Blend
8-ounce tub whipped topping, thawed (this is the surprise!)
- In a saucepan, combine cheese, tomatoes, and seasoning. Heat slowly over medium heat until cheese is melted; stir constantly.
- Remove from heat and add whipped topping; stir until well blended.
- Serve with tortilla chips.
Note: You could make this dip without the whipped topping, but try it at least once…you'll love the creamy flavor it adds to the dip!
