Lemon and Garlic Pork Skillet









Ingredients
2 cups prepared, Slow Cooked Lemon Pork, chopped (recipe here)
10.75 oz can cream of chicken soup 
10.75 oz can cream of mushroom soup 
2 cups instant rice 
2 cups frozen peas and carrots mixture 
 
 Directions
  1. In a large skillet over medium high heat combine all ingredients.  
  2. Add 2 soup cans full of water, stir, cover and simmer over low heat until rice is tender.   
Serve warm.
