Lemon Rice

14.5 oz can chicken broth 

2 tablespoons Lemon Pepper with Garlic Seasoning Blend
2 cups dry instant rice 
2.25 oz can sliced black olives 
1/3 cup sliced green onions 
2 tablespoons lemon juice, optional  


  1. Bring chicken broth and seasoning to a boil on medium high heat.
  2. Stir in remaining ingredients; reduce heat to low, simmer 5 minutes.
  3. Fluff with fork prior to serving
