Pan Fried Basil and Garlic Potatoes

4 medium russet potatoes 
2 tablespoons butter 
Basil and Garlic Seasoning Blend


  1. Dice the potatoes into bite size pieces. Melt butter in a saucepan on medium heat and add potatoes.
  2. Stir fry the potatoes over medium to medium high heat. When potatoes begin to soften slightly, sprinkle with seasoning blend to taste. Continue to cook until potatoes are completely soft and golden brown. Serve hot.
