Roasted Basil and Garlic Potatoes

6 red potatoes with skins, washed and cut into wedges 
2 tablespoons Basil and Garlic Seasoning Blend
2 tablespoons canola oil, divided 


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large zip top bag, combine potatoes, seasoning, and 1 tablespoon oil. Close bag securely and gently squeeze bag to mix ingredients thoroughly.
  2. In a 13x9x2 baking dish, add remaining oil and seasoned potatoes.
  3. Cover and bake 30-40 minutes until potatoes are fork tender.
