Roasted Potatoes

3 tablespoons My Favorite Roast Seasoning Blend
6 medium potatoes cut into large chunks
1/2 cup canola oil


  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.  In a large bowl, toss together all ingredients until the potatoes are coated. 
  2. Line a 9x13 pan with foil and spread potatoes out in one layer
  3. Bake uncovered for 35 minutes, flipping the potatoes once or twice during that time.  They are done when the potatoes are fork tender and golden. 

Serves 6
