3 tablespoons My Favorite Roast Seasoning Blend
6 medium potatoes cut into large chunks
1/2 cup canola oil
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees. In a large bowl, toss together all ingredients until the potatoes are coated.
- Line a 9x13 pan with foil and spread potatoes out in one layer
- Bake uncovered for 35 minutes, flipping the potatoes once or twice during that time. They are done when the potatoes are fork tender and golden.
