3 pounds of chicken pieces, with skin and bones
¼ cup My Secret Marinade Blend
½ cup oil

  1. Place the chicken breasts in a gallon sized freezer bag.
  2. In a bowl, combine the seasoning blend and oil.  Pour over chicken, seal bag and toss to cover all pieces of chicken with the marinade.  Refrigerate for at least an hour or overnight.
  3. Place the chicken pieces on a hot grill and cook until no longer pink in the center.

Great served with fresh fruit on the side.  Try some fresh pineapple and bananas tossed with some shredded coconut.  It will compliment this meal wonderfully.

Get the Kids Cooking:
Making frozen meals in a bag is a great time to get the kids involved.  They can fill bags, squish bags or even label bags if old enough.  Line up the supplies and let them help!

When making dinner tonight, add a few extra breasts so you are sure to have leftovers to make another meal.  You won’t need extra marinade, there is enough to go around. Serve what you need for dinner tonight and reserve some extras to use in one of these suggested meal trails.
