Skillet Chicken Parmesan

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (2 pounds)
1 1/2 cups Quick and Easy Spaghetti Sauce, prepared (recipe here)
6 tablespoons Parmesan cheese, divided
1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese


  1. Coat a large skillet with nonstick cooking spray and place over medium heat.  Place the chicken breasts in the warmed skillet and brown both sides.  (do not need to cook through...just sear each side)
  2. In a small bowl, combine the prepared spaghetti sauce with 4 tablespoons of the Parmesan cheese.  Pour this into the hot skillet over the browned breasts.  Lift each breast slightly to get sauce underneath each of them.  
  3. Cover and cook for 10 minutes or until the chicken is no longer pink in the center.  
  4. Top with shredded mozzarella cheese and sprinkle with the remaining Parmesan cheese.  Let cheese melt and serve warm.
