*This recipe uses seasoning blends found in the eCookbook, Mix it / Store it / Make it  ~ Entrees and Seasonings.  Click here to purchase and make the seasonings for your pantry!

1 ½ -2 tablespoons Lemon Pepper with Garlic Seasoning Blend
2 cups chicken broth
3 pounds boneless pork chops, tenderloin or chicken breasts

  1. Combine the seasoning with the broth. Place pork chops, tenderloin or chicken into a 6 quart slow cooker and pour the marinade over them.
  2. Cook, covered, for 3-5 hours on low. Or, bake in a covered 9x13 baking dish at 350 for 1 hour.

Serve over cooked rice or pasta.

Fill the Freezer:Dinner's In the Bag!
Fill a gallon sized freezer bag (or 2!) with the list of ingredients, remove extra air from the bag, seal and squish to combine.  Label the bag with the recipe name and date. Lay flat in freezer and store for another day. To prepare, thaw enough to remove from the bag and follow directions for slow cooker or baking.  Fill as many bags as you like!

Get the Kids Cooking:
Making frozen meals in a bag is a great time to get the kids involved.  They can fill bags, squish bags or even label bags if old enough.  Line up the supplies and let them help!

When making dinner tonight, add a few extra chicken breasts, pork chops or tenderloins so you are sure to have leftovers to make another meal.  You won’t need extra marinade, there is enough to go around. Serve what you need for dinner tonight and reserve some extras to use in one of these suggested meal trails.
