Southwest Guacamole

2 ripe avocados
1/2 tomato, diced
4 green onions, minced
1/2 tsp lemon juice
1 Tbsp Southwest Style Seasoning Blend
salt and pepper to taste 


  1. Cut each avocado in half lengthwise and remove the seed. Scoop out the meat into a small bowl and mash with a fork.
  2. Add remaining ingredients and stir to form a smooth dip.
  3. Serve immediately with chips of your choice.

 Try serving this as a side with Amazing Grilled Chicken or Steak (recipe here)
