Southwest Salad with Chicken, Steak or Pork

1 cup cider vinegar 
½ cup canola oil 
1 tablespoon sugar 
1 tablespoon Southwestern Style Seasoning  Blend
2 cups of prepared Southwestern chicken, steak or pork; sliced, diced or shredded (recipe here)**
12-ounce package romaine salad greens 
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese 
1 large tomato, chopped 
3-4 green onions, chopped
**can substitute grilled chicken, steak or pork ~ recipe here 

  1. Put into a jar the cider, canola oil, sugar and seasoning blend.  Close with a lid and shake to blend.  Set aside.
  2. In a large serving bowl, place the salad greens and top with the remaining ingredients.  Drizzle with the dressing made in the jar and serve.
