1 batch of Old Style Meatballs, prepared (recipe here)
2/3 cup Basic White Sauce Blend
2 tablespoons butter
2 1/2 cups beef broth (or more to reach desired consistency)
4.5 oz can sliced mushrooms, drained
8 oz package pasta of choice, prepared according to package directions
- Use oven, stove top or microwave to reheat prepared meatballs.
- In a large sauce pan, combine the butter, sauce blend and broth. Cook over medium heat, whisking constantly until mixture thickens. (about 5 minutes). If sauce becomes too thick, add extra broth to reach desired consistency.
- Turn heat to low, add mushrooms and meatballs and gently stir to coat meatballs and further warm.
- Serve over prepared noodles.
