1 batch of Old Style Meatballs, prepared (recipe here)
2/3 cup Basic White Sauce Blend
2 tablespoons butter
2 1/2 cups beef broth (or more to reach desired consistency)
4.5 oz can sliced mushrooms, drained
8 oz package pasta of choice, prepared according to package directions

  1. Use oven, stove top or microwave to reheat prepared meatballs.
  2. In a large sauce pan, combine the butter, sauce blend and broth.  Cook over medium heat, whisking constantly until mixture thickens.  (about 5 minutes).  If sauce becomes too thick, add extra broth to reach desired consistency.
  3. Turn heat to low, add mushrooms and meatballs and gently stir to coat meatballs and further warm.
  4. Serve over prepared noodles.
