3 tablespoons Basil with Garlic Seasoning Blend
1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
1-2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar, to taste
1 cup chopped tomatoes, drained
2 tablespoons green onion, thinly sliced
- In a small mixing bowl, combine all ingredients and stir to blend.
- Serve as a dip with pita chips, spooned over toast points or placed inside baked wonton cups.
