This is a quick and easy pesto recipe that can be kept in the fridge for 7-10 days and used in a variety of ways. (see meal trails after recipe)
3 tablespoons Basil and Garlic Seasoning Blend*
2 tablespoons shredded parmesan
1/3 cup olive oil
2-3 tablespoons pine nuts
In a sealable container, combine all of the ingredients and stir to blend. Store in the refrigerator to toss with pasta, drizzle over tomatoes and/or mozzarella cheese or as a dipper for bread with dinner.
|I love having a small container of this in the fridge for last minute flavor added to a variety of side and entree dishes!|
