These meatballs aren't your typical 'Italian' entree. The interesting blend of seasonings in the My Secret Marinade Blend make these great appetizer meatballs as well as a partner for a white sauce over noodles.
1 1/2 pounds ground beef
1/2 bread crumbs
1 tablespoon My Secret Marinade Blend*
3 tablespoons ketchup
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a large baking sheet with foil.
- In a large bowl, combine all of the ingredients until fully blended.
- Shape mixture into 1 inch meatballs (will make approximately 30 meatballs)
- Place the meatballs on foil lined baking sheet and bake for 15 - 20 minutes until they are no longer pink in the center.
|TIP: Use spring loaded scoops to make perfectly portioned meatballs every time.|

This is a great recipe for bringing your kids into the kitchen. From getting their hands into the bowl, to forming the meatballs, they will have fun working with you and feel great when they tell the family that they made dinner!
Fill up the oven and save your extra meatballs for future meals.Once cooled, they freeze beautifully in a gallon sized freezer bag (or small batches in quart sized freezer bags). Make a single, flat layer of the meatballs in the bags so they take up little space in your freezer. Remove individual meatballs as needed or use the entire bag for a recipe.
