Tomatoes with Pesto and Pine Nuts

fresh tomatoes (sliced whole tomatoes or halved cherry tomatoes)
prepared Basil and Garlic Pesto (recipe here)

Serve fresh tomatoes with a drizzle of the prepared pesto.  Drizzle over individual slices or toss halved cherry tomatoes in a bowl with the pesto.

Tami's Tip:
This would be great with some fresh mozzarella.  Layer sliced tomatoes with slices of mozzarella.  For the cherry tomatoes, toss with bocconcini (small balls of mozzarella)
