Potato and Broccoli Cheese Soup

Comfort in a bowl!   This recipe is just as easy as opening a can of soup but better and more flavorful.

It starts with the Soup Blend found in the Soups eCookbook, add a few extra ingredient and as quickly as you can bring it to a simmering boil, dinner is ready!







INGREDIENTS

1 Baked Potato Soup Blend (recipe in the soups eCookbook Here)
4 cups water 
1 cup milk 
1 10.75-ounce can cheddar cheese soup 
2 ½  cups broccoli florets, frozen 
salt and pepper to taste  


DIRECTIONS

Place all ingredients into a soup pot, bring to a boil while stirring often.  Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes.  Soup is ready!
