White Chicken Chili

This is a warm and wonderful chili with the hint of lime mixed with the sweet of the cream base.  Yes, it's as good as it sounds and ready in about 15 minutes when you start with pre-cooked chicken (see tip here)

We like to serve it in large mugs along with a thick slice of fresh baked bread and a tossed salad.

1 White Chicken Chili Seasoning Blend  (recipe in the soups eCookbook Here)
1 pound cooked chicken breasts, diced or shredded (= approx. 2 cups)
1 15.5-oz can Great Northern White Beans, drained
2 ½ cups water
½ cup heavy whipping cream
1 cup sour cream

1. In a large sauce pot, combine the seasoning blend, cooked chicken, beans and water. Bring to a boil.
2. Reduce heat and simmer for 10-15 minutes.
3. Turn off the heat and add the heavy cream and sour cream.
4. Stir to blend and serve hot.
